Bayesite Technologies LLC (“Bayesite,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides RegTech and FinTech software and related services, including the RRE Assistant product and our website (collectively, the “Services”).   • Role/permissions within your organization

B) Billing and Payment Information

If you purchase a subscription, we (or our payment processor) may collect billing contact information, billing address, and transaction details. Payment card data is typically processed by our payment processor and not stored by us directly.

C) Product Usage and Case Data

Depending on how your organization uses the Services, this may include:

  • Case names/identifiers, workflow status, dates (e.g., closing and due dates)
  • Reporting-related fields, notes, and structured form inputs
  • Uploaded documents and attachments
  • Audit trail events (e.g., actions taken, timestamps, and user identity)

D) Portal Submissions

If you submit information via a portal link, we may collect:

  • Information you enter in portal forms
  • Documents you upload
  • Metadata associated with the submission (e.g., timestamp)

E) Device and Log Data

We may automatically collect:

  • IP address, device type, browser type, operating system
  • Approximate location derived from IP (not precise geolocation)

  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets (with appropriate safeguards).

We do not sell your personal information.

5) Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Services to your organization
  • Meet legal and operational requirements
  • Resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security

Your organization may control retention periods for certain content within the Services. If you are a Portal User, retention may be governed by the organization using the portal.

6) Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7) Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete certain personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
